Do you know someone who has shown superior dedication and distinguished service to children and youth in one or more of the following areas: home, school, community, place of worship? Nominate him/her for a PTA Honorary Life Membership Award. Nominees may be a staff member, parent, administrator or community member and do not need to be PTA members. You may nominate an individual (no couples or groups, please) by submitting a PTA Honorary Life Membership form to the Award Committee at Acadia by January 13, 2012.
